These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilisaga ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jilisaga website located at https://jilisaga.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the jilisaga platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilisaga platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To register and use the jilisaga platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilisaga, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilisaga platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. jilisaga reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend your account pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the jilisaga platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jilisaga immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jilisaga account on your behalf.

jilisaga shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

All financial transactions on the jilisaga platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during operating hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Transaction Fees: jilisaga does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

jilisaga reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on your part.

jilisaga offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• jilisaga reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, jilisaga's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final and binding.

All games available on the jilisaga platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently verified and cannot be influenced by jilisaga or any player.

By participating in any game on the jilisaga platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
• You are participating in games for entertainment purposes and accept the inherent risk of financial loss.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilisaga's records of the game state shall be the definitive reference for resolving any dispute.
• jilisaga reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilisaga platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jilisaga immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jilisaga staff through any communication channel.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a ban.

All content on the jilisaga platform — including but not limited to the jilisaga name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilisaga or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilisaga platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jilisaga platform without prior written consent.
• Use the jilisaga name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any jilisaga content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilisaga's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jilisaga.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilisaga, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the jilisaga platform.

jilisaga's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilisaga account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilisaga's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilisaga reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

You may close your jilisaga account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

jilisaga is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all applicable data protection regulations.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the jilisaga platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jilisaga collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

jilisaga is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We recognize that while the vast majority of players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviors.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilisaga with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
